I have one of those brains that is really good at convincing me that I should give up. I constantly find myself having to fight that inner voice that says “who do you think you are to tell people things on the internet?” or “there are other people who will do this better, you might as well stick to what you are already doing,” and my favorite one, “everyone in your real life who sees this is going to judge you and make fun of you.” And I know I am not the only person who thinks this way. Not by a long shot.

So I made a printable of advice to keep me moving and fight the bad place voice inside. I’m share them with you today so that hopefully in rough moments, you look up and see the reminder to go get a glass of water and that might be the catalyst to change your day.

I printed mine on cardstock (because I like the sturdiness) and used colorful washi tape to display them around my workspace.

Corey’s favorite advice to give me is to go take a shower. I always begrudgingly do it, and I always feel better afterwards.
